Work Schedule:

* Full Time Days - (64 hours bi-weekly)
* Schedule will fall within Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

Job Requirements:

* Associate's Degree - Nursing (Required)
* New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. (Required)
* Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience required
* Experience in an OR setting is required
* Circulating and scrubbing experience is preferred
* Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle
* Registered Nurse Required
* ACLS PALS will need to be obtained upon hire
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and document per guidelines.
* Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs and expected outcomes.
* Provide safe, ethical, patient‑centered care while supporting dignity, diversity, and autonomy.
* Prioritize care based on patient condition and unit needs.
* Safely administer medications and treatments; perform technical skills per policy.
* Recognize and respond to emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions.
* Evaluate patient responses to care and revise plans in collaboration with the care team.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
* Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery.
* Participate in organizational activities such as committees, staff meetings, and unit initiatives.
* Support student learning and staff development; serve in leadership roles as needed.
* Maintain professional competence through continuing education and self‑assessment.
* Build collaborative, collegial relationships across the healthcare team.
