Tri Health is hiring a Charge Nurse for the Observation Unit/Clinical Decision Unit at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH. This part-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and incentive pay options.
As an RN in CDU/Observation, you will lead patient assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safety and timely decision-making. BSN within 5 years is preferred; licensure and BLS/CPR required.
