• Welcome every customer with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Provide personalized styling assistance based on the customer's event, personal style, body type, and preferences.
• Help customers select dresses, accessories and other finishing pieces to complete their look.
• Develop strong product knowledge of designers, styles, colors, fabrics, sizing, and current fashion trends.
• Assist customers during fittings and provide thoughtful, honest styling recommendations.
• Build relationships with customers and create an exceptional Kotsovos experience from beginning to end.
• Work toward individual and store sales goals.
• Confidently recommend additional merchandise and accessories when appropriate.
• Maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, steaming, organizing dresses, and maintaining inventory.
• Accurately process sales and assist with POS transactions.
• Answer phones and assist with appointments and customer questions.
• Participate in special events, trunk shows, promotions, and other store activities.
• Support fellow stylists and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Follow all Kotsovos policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the store.

• Previous retail, sales, fashion, bridal, prom, or formal wear experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person.

This is a part-time position with flexible weekday and weekend hours.

Weekend availability is required
, particularly during our busy Prom and Homecoming seasons. Evening availability may also be needed for special events and peak shopping periods.

We are looking for someone who understands that shopping for a special occasion dress is about more than finding a dress—it's about creating an experience.

Compensation: $hourly + commission/bonus opportunities
