Completes work orders, scheduled and un-scheduled, within the time constraints allowed for each type of work order;
Maintains a neat, organized work place, including but not limited to assigned mechanical and electrical rooms;
Uses proper techniques and personal protective equipment to perform work in a safe efficient manner
