Summary of
Job Duties:
Provide administrative support for the Division of Music. Duties include managing the main office phone and email accounts; processing purchases and monitoring the operational budgets; processing paperwork related to faculty travel and reimbursements; supervising student workers; creating flyers and programs for Division of Music events; other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, background in music, administrative experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Workday.
