Responsibilities
Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across Arkansas, delivering care to patients as young as age five. We provide support through traditional clinic-based settings and also offer therapy in schools or homes. As part of the Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience in caring for children and adolescents and apply that expertise to our adult populations.
The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Receptionist is responsible for office duties.

- Bachelor’s degree. Preferred a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a health care facility.
- Knowledge of general office and phone skills, excellent organization, and written communication skills.
- Legible handwriting.
- Computer skills necessary.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a pleasant & congenial attitude at all times.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers, multiply and divide by 10s and 100s, and perform these operations using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
