Summary ofJob Duties
Recruitment of students for the university. Attend high school college planning programs, college fairs, transfer fairs, specialty events, and virtual events to attract potential students. Provide information about the university and its resources to prospective students and families. Advise students and families on admission policies, program options, financial aid, residential options, scholarships, special services, and career paths. Assist with campus tours, special events, visitors, and other areas within the Office of Admissions.
Manage communication with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and social media. Travel for recruitment events, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
