Sea Ark Boats in Arkansas (Monticello) is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute engineering initiatives that improve how we build, rig, weld, and finish our aluminum boats.
You will collaborate with Production, Design, Quality, and Supply Chain to support new model launches, drive continuous improvement, and ensure ABYC/USCG compliance. This role requires on-floor problem solving and strong project management.
