• Assist with breakfast and lunch meal prep, plating, and serving with attention to dietary needs and resident preferences
• Deliver meals to residents with accuracy, kindness, and respect for their individual needs
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Wash dishes, restock supplies, and support the cook as needed to ensure smooth operation of the dietary department
• Adhere to all safety and infection-control guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff

• Friendly, dependable, and eager to help make a positive impact on the lives of our residents
• Comfortable working in a team environment, with a willingness to support your colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture
• Able to handle a fast pace and multitask with ease, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous dietary or food-service experience is helpful but not required, as we're willing to train the right candidate on our policies and procedures
