1st Shift Machine Operator; Assistant Cutter

We are seeking a Machine Operator to work under our Production Supervisor. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience and practical knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.

Pay: $14 USD/HR

• Monday through Friday
• 7am-3pm
• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production needs

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
• Drives the line.

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to perform duties in a high-temperature environment (150-170 degrees Fahrenheit) for short periods of time (typically less than 5 minutes).
