• Provide high quality nursing care in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and professionalism
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor or DON
• Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan updates
• Promote a safe, positive, residentcentered environment

• Active Arkansas LPN license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in skilled nursing or longterm care preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident dignity
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, supportive care environment
