Nightingale at Monticello is a resident-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation community committed to compassion, teamwork, and high-quality care. We are building a strong, supportive clinical team and are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses who want to make a meaningful impact during our night shift.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the care delivered by LPNs and CNAs. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Night shift RNs play a crucial role in maintaining resident safety, comfort, and clinical stability.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical followup as required.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide leadership and support to LPNs and CNAs during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards.
• Participate in shift handoffs and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

• Active Arkansas RN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
