We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our Day Shift team at Nightingale at Monticello, a premier healthcare provider in Monticello, Arkansas. As a LPN Day Shift Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our nursing team.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information

• Assist with initial patient assessments, develop patient care plans, and implement interventions as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient-centered outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient charts, medication administration records, and other necessary documentation

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes

• Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

• Experience working in a long-term care or acute care setting

• Possession of strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
