What you'll do:

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machining centers
• Read blueprints and work with tight tolerances
• Make offsets and troubleshoot machining issues
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines
• Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
