• Competitive base salary (~$115K
  ) plus a performance-driven quarterly bonus structure
• Quarterly bonuses for both occupancy growth in underperforming communities ($1,500–$5,000 per quarter
  ) and sustained high regional occupancy ($2,500–$4,000 per quarter
  )

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within senior living, healthcare, or a related sector
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and driving occupancy growth for multiple sites
• Located within or very near the Central IL/IN region; willing and able to travel locally in a regional,
  on-the-road capacity
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community engagement
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience leading sales for multiple senior living or healthcare communities
• Ability to motivate dispersed teams and drive change in underperforming locations
• Comfortable operating in rural or small-market territories

• Travel regularly across 7 senior living communities in Central IL/IN, leading onsite sales and marketing activities
• Strategize and execute plans to increase occupancy and revenue, especially in underperforming buildings
• Mentor and coach local sales teams to maximize lead conversion and relationship-building with prospective residents and families
• Analyze regional trends and metrics to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics
• Oversee and support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and outreach events
• Represent the communities at regional events to build brand visibility and referral partnerships
