We are looking for Substitute and Charter School Bus Drivers in Monticello, IL. Drivers have flexible hours, time off during holidays, and work year‑round including summer routes.

• Safely transport passengers.
• Monitor passenger stops and ensure safety during loading and unloading.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with the community and the public.

• Up to $22 per hour, based on experience.
• Flexible hours – no nights or weekends required.
• Route hours guaranteed at a minimum of 3.0 hours per day when school is in session.
• Additional work hours available through field trip and charter work.
• Summer school routes available.
• Paid holidays, paid sick leave (up to 40 hours per year).

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license held for the previous 3 years.
• Pass a background check, including motor‑vehicle record, drug screen, and physical.
