Quality Engineer II

Accountant Position

Regal Rexnord's Aerospace Solutions Division, a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry, is seeking the services of a skilled Accountant professional for our Monticello site. This role is full time on-site in Monticello, IN, with the ability for a hybrid working schedule with one day per week at home.

• Maintaining accurate financial records, including transactions, expenses, and revenue.
• Active participation in the monthly closing function and financial statement preparation.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the Controller for both internal and external audits.
• Review financial processes, controls, and compliance.
• Daily and monthly financial reporting within corporate guidelines and policies. including reports, accrual journal entries and reconciliations.
• Special projects and other duties as required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required. MBA or CPA is preferred.
• 2+ years of business experience in Accounting/Finance with at least one year of cost accounting experience.
• Experience using an ERP system, preferably Oracle and/or One Stream.
• Knowledge of month end closings including journal entries, account reconciliations, auditing and SOX compliance.
• Experience with balancing the ledger for reports.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, adherence to procedures and policies, and continuous improvement.
• High energy team player with strong communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with vendors and all levels of management.
• Deadline driven, punctual and excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work in high volume environment.
• Strong, independent follow up skills.
• Flexible and able to prioritize tasks.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annual salary

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
