Physical Therapist

Overview

This position is a Flat Rate PRN role at White Memorial Hospital

Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Assists patients in reaching maximum performance levels. Responsible for all components of direct patient care, including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel, and students. Participates actively in activities supporting patient care, education, and department operations.

* Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy. If foreign-trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. Must hold a current Physical Therapist license in Indiana. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Additional advanced life support certifications may be required depending on unit/department policies.
