THIS POSITION WILL INITIALLY WORK THROUGH A STAFFING AGENCY WITH THE INTENT TO HIRE YOU FULL TIME

WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 7AM-3:30PM

EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

We are looking for someone who possess strong oral and written communication skills and display some degree of technical know-how.

Mathematical, analytical, and mechanical skills are also essential to succeed as a machine operator. Under general supervision and proper training, this position is responsible for operating die cut machines. Must have a good work history and track record.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and adjust and operate the machine for production
• Read and understand blueprints and other specifications
• Verify the correct materials are being used
• Monitor machine and parts to ensure tolerances are being maintained
• Troubleshoot to resolve machine and job-related problems
• Consistently test/measure parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Package finished parts
• Ensure all boxes are properly labeled
• Perform daily maintenance duties including cleaning the work area
• Perform related labor as required to clean up, set up, and organize. Return the dies and materials to the proper location.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing 100% of the entire shift
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 20 lbs. frequently
