Work Model
This is a fully onsite role, performed at the designated Regal Rexnord office.
Major Responsibilities- Drives tangible and measurable improvements of key processes through leadership, training, and mentoring of a team.
- Assists teams in developing a Continuous Improvement Roadmap for implementation of strategic objectives.
- Coaches and mentors associates in Lean tools, concepts, and practices within RBS.
- Directly supports the site to achieve strategic deployment objectives by conducting on‑site workshops, kaizen events, assessments, and providing guidance through the lean transformation process.
- Identifies and shares best practices across the site and Aerospace division.
- Works with the Plant Manager and other functional leaders as a “thought leader” to define current state, assess gaps, and assist in developing future state aligned with strategic plans.
- Optimizes Work Processes – Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Action Oriented – Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Ensures Accountability – Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Drives Results – Consistently achieving results based on Annual Operating Plan targets.
- Being Resilient – Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial engineering, operations management, or related discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- A minimum of five years of manufacturing experience, preferably across various operational functions such as Operations, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality.
- At least three years of hands‑on experience implementing Lean tools and concepts in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma.
- Experience working in a shop that manufactures metal components is a plus.
- Continuous improvement mindset demonstrated through tangible financial results.
This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or other qualifying status).
