Continuous Improvement Manager

Work Model

This is a fully onsite role, performed at the designated Regal Rexnord office.

• Drives tangible and measurable improvements of key processes through leadership, training, and mentoring of a team.
• Assists teams in developing a Continuous Improvement Roadmap for implementation of strategic objectives.
• Coaches and mentors associates in Lean tools, concepts, and practices within RBS.
• Directly supports the site to achieve strategic deployment objectives by conducting on‑site workshops, kaizen events, assessments, and providing guidance through the lean transformation process.
• Identifies and shares best practices across the site and Aerospace division.
• Works with the Plant Manager and other functional leaders as a “thought leader” to define current state, assess gaps, and assist in developing future state aligned with strategic plans.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial engineering, operations management, or related discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• A minimum of five years of manufacturing experience, preferably across various operational functions such as Operations, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality.
• At least three years of hands‑on experience implementing Lean tools and concepts in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma.
• Experience working in a shop that manufactures metal components is a plus.
• Continuous improvement mindset demonstrated through tangible financial results.
