In this role, you will lead a small team of workers and make sure production jobs are completed correctly, on time, and safely. You will also help support production and final assembly of broilers, generator sets, and chiller units, ensuring each product meets established quality and performance standards.

Group Leader Job Duties:

• Direct daily work for a team of production associates.
• Assign tasks based on work orders and job requirements.
• Train and cross-train employees so they can perform multiple tasks.
• Review work orders to determine materials, operations, and the order of tasks.
• Schedule work and distribute labor to meet deadlines.

Schedule:

2nd: 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $23+/hourly (experience based)

Group Leader Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is usually required.
• Technical or trade school training in manufacturing, welding, fabrication, or mechanical fields can be helpful
• Ability to read blueprints or prints used for manufacturing jobs.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team of production workers.
• Train employees and explain job tasks.
