A leading manufacturer is expanding its 2nd and 3rd shift teams. They have multiple temp-to-hire Manufacturing Associate roles available now.

They specialize in manufacturing shipping containers and custom enclosures used to protect large industrial power equipment. In this role, you'll be trained to play a key role in the production of their high-quality products.

• Prepare and hang metal parts for powder coating or painting
• Use spray guns or powder tools to apply an even finish
• Touch up or rework parts as needed
• Inspect painted or coated parts for quality
• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

$16.00–$18.00 per hour

• Pay based on experience & shift type

• At least 6 months of manufacturing or industrial experience
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending and moving throughout your shift
• Able to follow written or verbal instructions to perform tasks
