PSAE-Skilled Production Workers

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking Skilled Production Workers to join their team. As a Skilled Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $17 - $22 BOE*
* ** Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform testing and quality checks on production components and assemblies

+ Prepare and paint surfaces using various painting techniques

+ Apply powder coating and sandblasting to ensure durability and finish quality

+ Operate decaling equipment to apply labels and markings accurately

+ Assist in assembly and electrical work as needed to support production goals

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment

+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

+ Good communication skills and attention to detail

+ Physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
