3rd Shift Skilled Production

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 3rd Shift Skilled Production worker to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Skilled Production worker, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and an understanding of fab shop style or work, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $18 to $20 (BOE)

Shift: Night Shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

What's the Job?

• Assemble components and products according to blueprints and schematics
• Utilize measuring tools to ensure precision and quality
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot electrical issues as needed

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly
• Proficiency with measuring tools and understanding of schematics
• Experience with electrical systems and electrician skills is preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
• Experience running machines and presses
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
