Description

• Locate and use applicable written information contained in Process Books at assigned workstations.
• Mold and assemble products as required, including foaming and insert molding.
• Operate grinders to recycle plastic and mix materials according to instructions.
• Operate up to five automatic machines simultaneously.
• Work on an automated assembly line using powered hand tools.
• Perform timely visual quality inspections of molded products with 100% accuracy.
• Sort multi-shaped parts by hand.
• Perform utility, packaging, and staging duties as required.
• Use the first-piece sample to verify that the correct labels are being used.
• Use the packaging declaration to prepare boxes for packaging and shipping.
• Record rejects and other required information in the computerized production system.
• Follow and maintain lot-traceability procedures.
• Complete required paperwork, including check sheets and production documents.
• Complete required safety training and follow established safety practices and policies.
• Maintain production-rate efficiency of 100% or better.
• Maintain proficiency and certification in all assigned tasks and duties.
• Work overtime or an adjusted schedule on any shift, as required, with little or no notice.
• Maintain established 5S housekeeping and organizational standards.
• Follow all Adkev, Inc. policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Follow Adkev, Inc.’s attendance policy.
• Cross-train and maintain certification in other duties as directed by the Shift Leader, Cell Leader, or Plant Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
