Production Workers

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a production associate to join their team. As a production associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 1st & 2nd Shift Production

** Monticello, IN

** Pay Range:**  $16 - $17.50

** Shift:
** 6a - 2:30p or 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Load machines to grind springs efficiently and safely

+ Operate grinding equipment according to safety standards

+ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

+ Ensure quality standards are maintained during production

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or GED

+ Credential requirement: clean drug screan

+ Ability to work Monday through Friday

+ Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness

+ Willingness to learn and follow instructions
