Production Techs play a critical role in ensuring Adkev products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you won’t just be another number on the floor, you’ll be a key part of a process that keeps things moving, improving, and delivering real results every day. This is an entry level position and training will be provided.

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escape when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve processes.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

• Basic math skills.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including shifts of up to 12 hours.
• Ability to stand in one place for up to 12 hours during overtime shifts.
• Ability to climb a step stool.
• Ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.
• Sufficient vision and hearing, with correction if needed.
• Ability to work at and above shoulder level for extended periods of time.
• Ability to consistently raise the arms above shoulder height to operate powered assembly tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.

• Mold and assemble products as required, including foaming and insert molding.
• Operate grinders to recycle plastic and mix materials according to instructions.
• Operate up to five automatic machines simultaneously.
• Work on an automated assembly line using powered hand tools.
• Perform timely visual quality inspections of molded products with 100% accuracy.
