Overview

Shift: PT, Days - White Memorial Hospital

This position is relocation eligible.

Our schedule includes no weekends, no nights, no holidays, and no on‑call. Department hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm, M‑F.

• Requires 1 year RN experience.
• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they have more than two years of acute care experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
