Clinical Manager-Trinity Health at Home

Role

Summary:

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical and operational aspects of the homecare program, ensuring high-quality care delivery, staff supervision, compliance, and achievement of key metrics such as clinical outcomes, productivity, employee engagement, and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruit, retain, and develop staff to meet operational needs.

* Supervise staff providing direct client care and ensure delivery aligns with standards and physician orders.

* Manage onboarding, orientation, and continuing education for employees.

* Conduct performance evaluations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

* Participate in leadership functions and policy development.

* Oversee client care coordination and monitor records for accuracy.

* Provide mentorship, feedback, and counseling to staff to uphold clinical and professional standards.

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to work with diverse populations, including newborns to geriatrics.

* Proficiency in computer systems and telecommunication tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Current state license in the applicable discipline.

* Bachelor's Degree in nursing or therapy required;
Master's Degree encouraged. (Therapy degrees must meet discipline requirements.)

* At least three years of experience in a skilled homecare agency.

* Proven supervisory or leadership experience.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, clinical staff, and team members.

* Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.

* (California only) Must have one year of professional nursing experience as per regulations.
