Join a fast-growing Monticello shop building high-quality parts for top industries. We're seeking motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operators. This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications. Candidates must maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professionalism, and work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. This is an associate to hire role.
CNC Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T, to ensure accuracy
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools
- Load and unload materials and finished parts (up to 50 pounds)
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Complete daily production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Previous CNC operating experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Experience using machinist measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, s, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and professional work ethic
Willingness to learn, train, and cross-train in multiple areas
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for up to 10 hours per shift
Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 pounds

Work is performed in a manufacturing/production environment
Overtime may be required based on production needs
Must follow all PPE and safety requirements
