HSM (Hickory Springs Manufacturing) Company seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to analyze and optimize production processes, develop BOMs, routings, and standard work. You will lead Lean initiatives, drive productivity, and partner with cross functional teams to resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
You will also support new product launches, prepare SOPs, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
