Job Summary

Provide comprehensive office support and professional administrative services to students, staff, and the community in an efficient, responsive, and timely manner to support the achievement of district goals. This position provides direct administrative support to the building principal and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective daily operation of the school. This position reports directly to the Eastview Building Principal.

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Related coursework beyond HS/GED preferred.
  • Previous office experience preferred.
Position Requirements
  • Proficiency in operating computer hardware and software applications.
  • Knowledge of data management.
  • Ability to relate with others and present a positive manner with the public, peers, and administration in all forms of communications.
  • Proficient office, organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, staff and families.
  • Experience working with diverse students and families.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting students, families and visitors.
  • Daily attendance.
  • Clerical support for principal.
  • Supporting students, teachers and families as needed in the office.
