This position is based on‑site at our well‑equipped facility, which houses advanced tools and technology to aid in your daily tasks. This is not a remote job, requiring hands‑on involvement to effectively diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities- Thoroughly inspect vehicles to accurately diagnose and identify mechanical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and tune‑ups to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity.
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
- Use diagnostic equipment to detect issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Execute maintenance and repairs with compliance to all safety regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Keep records of work performed on each vehicle during repair processes for historical records and billing clarity.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up‑to‑date with the latest in automotive technology and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and maximize productivity.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician; minimum of 3 years preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.
- In‑depth knowledge of modern automotive technology, with a keen talent for mechanical and electronic repairs.
- Capability to handle physical workload and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to deal effectively with clients and team members.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Commitment to ethical practices and adherence to safety standards at all times.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
