We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Parts Counter Personat our Ryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Monticello location. This position i s a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive parts and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. The position is Full-Time and requires the candidate to work on-site, as it is not a remote job. Serving as an integral component of our parts department, the Parts Counter Person will interact directly with customers and technicians, ensuring they receive the precise parts they need with efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts for various vehicles, equipment, or machinery
• Utilize inventory management systems to check stock levels, order parts as necessary, and ensure timely fulfillment of all parts requests
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering advice, and solving parts-related issues promptly
• Maintain an organized record of all transactions and communications to ensure accuracy and accountability in parts inventory
• Participate in stocktaking activities, assess inventory needs, and assist with ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Stay informed of new parts and products, as well as updates in automotive industry standards that may affect parts management
• Coordinate with the sales and service departments to optimize parts availability and minimize disruptions to business operations
• Ensure the parts counter area and storage are clean, organized and compliant with safety regulations at all times
