Licensing and Contracting Manager

Licensing and Contracting Manager needed for our client located in Monticello, MN! They are a premier distributor of life, annuity, long-term care, and securities-based insurance products serving financial professionals nationwide.

HOURS: 9 am to 5 pm

• DURATION: Direct Hire
• WORKPLACE: In office
• PAY: $65,000 – $82,500 per year
• BENEFITS: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with employer match, and paid time off

• Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up
• Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements
• Process all insurance cases within Salesforce
• Provide professional correspondence via email and phone
• Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances
• Work closely with their team to meet common goals and assist when able
• Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websites

• 5+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experience
• Minimum 3-5 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of new business case management in life insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approach
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
