Project Manager

Monticello,MN, US

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes
  • Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures
  • Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Experience with design-build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
