- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information
- Answer incoming service calls regarding work in progress and customer concerns; return customer calls promptly when unavailable to answer
- Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction standards and handle customer complaints with integrity
- Notify technicians of incoming work
- Explain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer
- Establish promised time, check on progress, and contact the customer regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time
- Review service history; go over past, present and future factory‑recommended maintenance requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Customer service experience
- Automotive knowledge
- Current, valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurance company standards
- Willingness to submit and ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service
- Earn and maintain ongoing industry and factory‑related training requirements
- Detail‑oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
