Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure each shift runs smoothly by supporting the team and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will engage with customers, assist with daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead the team when management is not on-site to ensure both staff and customers are assisted.
You will greet customers, explain wash options and memberships, promote unlimited wash memberships, and educate new customers on available packages.
