You'll greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, create repair orders, and clearly explain recommended services, pricing, and timelines. Partner closely with technicians, update customers throughout the repair process, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time. You'll use dealership software to schedule appointments, manage repair approvals, and process payments while reflecting Walser's values of integrity, transparency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in service customers, documenting concerns and vehicle information

• Communicate recommended services, pricing, and timelines clearly to customers
