Monticello Schools is looking for a licensed teacher to provide full-time direct intervention service for elementary students. The position will service Kindergarten students at Eastview as well as 2nd and 3rd grade students king within a collaborative MTSS framework, the Interventionist will use evidence-based practices, data-driven decision making, and strong relationships to accelerate student growth and help every learner thrive.
Qualifications / Licensure- Bachelor Degree in Education or Related Field
- Hold or are eligible for MN elementary education teacher license
- Understanding of the Minnesota Academic Standards for content area
- Establishes a culture for learning by supporting the mission, beliefs and the strategic plan of the district
- Inspires and engages all students in relevant learning
- Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families
- Experience working with diverse students and families - experience/training with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred
