Parent Educator - ECFE

Centrally located on Interstate 94 less than 25 miles northwest of Maple Grove and 30 miles southeast of Saint Cloud, Monticello is home to five brick and mortar schools and two nature-based facilities serving more than 4,000 students annually. Monticello consistently ranks in the top 50 school districts in the state as measured by a number of organizations and metrics, and performs above the state average in graduation rates, test scores, and early college opportunities.

Monticello Schools is looking for a licensed parent educator to teach in our early childhood programs and facilitate our early childhood screenings.

• Current Parent Education teaching license for the State of Minnesota

• Works well with flexible schedule and reliable attendance record.
• Establishes a culture for learning by supporting the mission, beliefs, and the strategic plan of the district.
• Inspires and engages all children and parents in relevant learning.
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff, and families.
• Experience working with diverse students and families.
• Collaboration with early childhood staff in a co-teaching environment.

$30.75 - $36.20/Hour (Based on the  Faculty Master Agreement - Schedule
