Project Managers - Monticello Nuclear Plant Modifications - Per Diem - $80/hr - Monticello, MN

System One is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers for nuclear plant modification projects at the Monticello facility in Minnesota. This contract role offers the opportunity to lead capital projects, manage diverse teams, and work on innovative upgrades in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in nuclear or power plant project management and a passion for delivering complex projects safely and efficiently.

• $80 per hour compensation
• Per Diem provided
• 12-month contract duration

• 5-7 years of cradle-to-grave project management experience
• Experience managing projects of at least $1 million
• Background in nuclear power, mechanical, electrical, civil, or nuclear engineering preferred
• Familiarity with PMI-PMBOK Waterfall/Predictive project management techniques
• Experience with SAP, Unifier, UKG Workday, MS Project, and P6/Primavera helpful
• Must be a US citizen able to obtain unescorted nuclear facility access
• Ability to pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and NRC Access Authorization requirements

• PMP certification
• SRO certification or Operator license from a plant knowledge perspective
• Ex-Navy nuclear or previous utility/power plant experience
• ABET accredited engineering degree
• Finance background
