Mains’l Services is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSP). Sometimes it’s the small moments — a shared laugh, a new achievement, a step toward independence — that matter most. As a Direct Support Professional at Mains’l Services, you’ll be part of those moments while supporting people to live full, meaningful lives.
Pay & Schedule- Awake Pay: $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support
- Asleep Pay: $11.41 During scheduled sleep hours

What You’ll Do:As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.
You May:- Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
- Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
- Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation.)
- Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
- Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
- Accurately document care and daily activities
- Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- 18 years or older
- A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS
