For many hospice patients, their CNA is the highlight of the day.

You're the one who helps them feel comfortable. You notice the little things. You bring a smile, a conversation, and a sense of normalcy during a difficult season of life.

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor comfort and report changes in condition to the hospice nurse.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent whenever possible.
• Communicate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent care.
• Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion.

• Experience in hospice preferred, but home care, long-term care, assisted living, hospital, or oncology experience is also valued.
• Warm, dependable, and patient-centered.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
