What You’ll Own
As our Information & Business Systems Manager, you’ll lead and elevate our IT and business systems strategy ensuring our technology supports operational excellence, scalability, and growth.
What Success Looks Like:
· Own and drive the IT strategy aligned with company objectives and manufacturing needs.
· Serve as the strategic leader of our Epicor ERP system; configuration, upgrades, integrations, reporting, and roadmap planning (including cloud transition).
· Lead our internal Epicor user group and champion system optimization across departments.
· Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales to lead impactful technology and process improvements.
· Evaluate and implement tools that improve data visibility, user experience, and efficiency.
· Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and optimized; managing vendors and internal resources effectively.
· Lead cybersecurity efforts and protect company data with proactive risk management.
· Manage IT budgets and forecasting with a strong ROI mindset.
· Stay ahead of technology trends and bring forward bold, practical ideas.
· Step in for complex system issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day support.
You bring:
· A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
· 3+ years of progressive IT experience (manufacturing preferred)
· Epicor/Kinetic experience strongly preferred
· Strong background in enterprise systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
· Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional projects
· A proven ability to translate business challenges into tech solutions
