Our client is a premier distributor of life, annuity, long-term care, and securities-based insurance products serving financial professionals nationwide. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead, train, and coach a dedicated team while shaping the way exceptional service is delivered.

• Pay: $65,000–$82,500 base salary.

• Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up
• Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements
• Process all insurance cases within Salesforce
• Provide professional correspondence via email and phone
• Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances
• Work closely with the team to meet common goals and assist when able
• Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websites

• 5+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experience
• Minimum 3‑5 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of new business case management in life insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approach
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
