What You'll Do
You'll be the link between the office and the field — coordinating crews, materials, and schedules so projects stay on track. It's fast-paced, detailed work that keeps everything moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee roofing crews, deliveries, and inspections.
• Keep job files, contracts, and permits organized.
• Update project info in our management system.
• Communicate with homeowners about timelines and progress.
• Track materials, labor hours, and job costs.

What You'll Bring

• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Experience in construction admin or scheduling (preferred).
• Comfort juggling multiple projects at once.
• Team player who can stay calm when plans change.
