Twin City Staffing is hiring a spot welder / machine operator for a growing manufacturing company in Monticello, MN. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on shop experience who enjoys working with machinery and maintaining quality standards in a production environment.
Location: Monticello, MN
Pay: $20.00 - $26.50 per hour after shift differential
Schedule:
- Day shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
- Night shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am, Monday - Thursday

- Operate spot welding and related production machines
- Perform basic machine operation and monitoring during production runs
- Inspect parts throughout the process using micrometers, calipers, and other hand inspection tools
- Follow work instructions and production standards to ensure quality output
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support general production tasks as needed
- Shop math skills and basic measurement ability
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and hand inspection tools
- Ability to read blueprints or work instructions, with blueprint reading considered a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 30 pounds
