Position: Assembly / Packaging Technician
Join our team as an assembly / packaging technician in Monticello, MN!

This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. You'll play an important part in preparing products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, and keeping equipment clean and ready for use.

Location: Monticello, MN

Wage: $18 - $20/hr, depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Duties of the assembly / packaging technician:

• Package finished products for shipment
• Label and organize materials accurately
• Sanitize equipment according to safety and quality standards
• Assist with mixing and packaging recipes as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs, sometimes repetitively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements of the assembly / packaging technician:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Have slip-resistant and waterproof boots
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Comfortable working in a potentially dirty environment
• Pass a pre-employment background check
