• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets
• Monitor machining operations and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues
• Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and productivity
